Returns:
Requests for returns must be made to me within 3 days of receipt of you order. The return request should be made by e-mail, to contact@xazbead.com. I will email a Return Authorization number to you. Please print the return number on the outside of the box(s) you are returning. I will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Return items must be sent back to me within 10 days from the day of receipt of your order.
